Home & Design: Crystal Chandelier Fan

As a first-time homeowner, I have a lot of interior design dreams. Replace the carpet with hardwood floor! Gut the guest bathroom and reconfigure the layout! Enclose the patio with in a French greenhouse design! So many dreams, so little money. So instead, I am focusing on the smallest changes with the most impact. And one small change that can completely transform a room is the lighting.
