Looking for delicious and easy meal options for those busy work days? Then you’re going to want to check out Sweet Earth. They are a flavor-forward food company that handcrafts plant-centric with globally-inspired dishes. Best of all, Sweet Earth can be easily found in the frozen section of your local Target. I personally do not adhere to a vegetarian or vegan diet, but I am always happy to try new foods. So here is my review of 5 of Sweet Earth’s delectable products…
This delightfully cheesy quesadilla hits all the scrumptious notes you’d expect from the treat. Filled with spinach and mushrooms, the Mindbender is a perfect lunch option. Best of all, Sweet Earth Foods are high in fiber, nutrients, and protein. And they’re packed full of flavor.
My favorite pick of the bunch, the Korean Japchae is a restaurant-quality meal. Gorgeous noodles, delectable sauce, and crunchy veggies make for a wonderfully balanced dish that feels like a guilty pleasure. If you’re going to try any of the Sweet Earth products, then start with this one.
Featuring black beans, brown rice, and chimichuri sauce, the Brazilian Burrito is jammed with fabulous protein. Every bite packed a punch of very hot spices, making this a food that is not for the faint of heart. Overall I’d say this is a good choice for a burrito on the go. An amazing feat of vegan culinary wizardry, the Cauliflower Mac is shockingly delicious. A creamy base plays off of a crunchy cauliflower center, making for a unique and yummy dish. Seriously, I was a bit skeptical of a vegan mac ‘n cheese, but this is a great option.
After the Korean Japchae, this was my favorite Sweet Earth option. The delightfully sweet pineapple balances the lovely spice of jalapeno. Plus it’s vegan! So even vegans won’t have to forego the joys of a deliciously cheesy, flavorful quesadilla.
