They have every dietary and lifestyle meal options covered. From gluten free to low carb to kid-friendly, there is literally a meal plan for everyone. Since its almost resolution time, I chose to go with my favorite balanced dietary option, the Mediterranean Cuisine meal plan. And wonderfully, the app gives you the option to download the whole weekly plan to use offline.

Here’s where the fun part kicks in! Once a meal plan is selected, the app lays out a weekly schedule of breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner recipes. What?! It’s freaking amazing, right?!

And if having an amazing week of food lined up for you wasn’t enough, the app also creates a shopping list! You read that right, the app gives you a list of all the ingredients you need for the week. And get this, you can even send and share the grocery list with someone else!

Then, when it’s time to cook the individual meals, the recipe is laid out beautifully. From caloric breakdown to portions to a rating system, you’re all set to make a delicious meal. The Recipe Calendar also gives you the option to add specific recipes to a favorites list, so you can recreate them later.

Overall, I give this app two thumbs up! In the weeks I’ve been using the calendar, it has been a fantastic tool to stay healthy, happy, and well fed!

    Wow how come I haven’t heard of this ? It’s pretty brilliant actually. One of the worst parts of cooking dinner is figuring out what to make . I was going to hello fresh but this is is much cheaper .
