The beginning of a new year is a time of reflection, change, and growth. In particular, eating habits come under scrutiny and become a focal point for much of this reflection. This year, I’ve been thinking about nutrition and how I can maximize the benefits and balance in my own daily diet. In particular, adding more protein is a goal for 2023. Oat Berry Banana Muffins
Time: 40 min.; Serves: 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Naked Bake Banana Protein Mix
2 cups sprouted rolled oats
2 cup of almond flour
1 cup of berries (your choice!)
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: You can also use Naked Cake instead, to create an Oat Berry Pancake Muffin! Just substitute cup for cup in the recipe.
