It’s the holiday season and that can only mean one thing… your home is about to get invaded by extended family! And when I say extended, I’m talking your second cousin’s girlfriend’s little sister is tagging along to Christmas dinner, kind of extended. So that means you need to be on your A-game when it comes to offering a variety of different food options. One delicious addition that is a holiday necessity are the gluten-free products from Schär. And with this $1 off coupon for in-store purchase, you can’t go wrong! The coupon page makes it super easy, with both a print option and an “email to self” option, where users can email the landing page to themselves to print for later.
Schär offers a variety of breads, crackers, pizzas, and more in a conscientious and delicious way. Seriously, don’t fight it. Just head on over to your local Walmart, look for the “Gluten Free” section, and you have a plethora of yummy Schär products at your fingertips.
Okay, so in the past, I have received a lot of panicked messages from readers who have had trouble finding these delicious Schär products in the past. Fear not, good-hearted shoppers! Unless you are a frequent gluten-free purchaser, it can be quite the goose chase to track down these goodies in the store. First of all, these particular Schär products are going to be found in the dry good aisles, not the freezer section at Walmart. Secondly, I have found that the “gluten-free” section always seems to be hidden amongst the cookie aisle (I know, cruel!) or in the case of my local Walmart, in the canned goods and rice aisle. Seriously, it was smack dab in-between rice and nuts. But if all else fails, ask someone! I actually walked right past this section multiple times before a lovely Walmart staffer led me directly to the loot.
And that is it, my friends. Now you can easily make a gluten-free-friendly cheeseboard, sandwiches, dinner rolls, and even a holiday French toast casserole for your guests. In fact, now that I have the baguettes on hand that French toast casserole sounds mighty tempting. Dang nabbit, I’m going to make it! Check back here soon for the recipe and make sure to pick up all your favorite Schär products on your next grocery run.
