With the way everything is going this year, it looks like it is going to be quite some time before life gets back to normal. So since we’re in this for the long haul, it is important to I am making conscientious efforts to take care of my energy levels. And I am starting by adding Ginseng and a Strawberry Ginger Oat Smoothie to my weekly routine.

Strawberry Ginger Oat Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of greek yogurt
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon of crusted ginger
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
