From mint juleps to charcuterie boards, I can’t get enough of crafting appetizers and drinks in our little kitchen and serving up the good stuff on our classic farm table.
My aesthetic for our kitchen and dining room is light and airy, with a color palette of white and seafoam green tones, while our oversized wooden table, mismatched chairs and painted antique china cabinets give a simple, inviting farmhouse feel.
My charcuterie board favorites are Del Duca prosciutto, cheddar cheese slices, brie, Fresh Market wheat and water crackers, purple grapes and rosemary for garnish.
I’d been wanting to try Seersucker gin, so I decided to use it to put a twist on the classic mint julep I make in Salisbury pewter julep cups we received for a wedding gift. My mint julep cups are about 1 and 1/4 cup. For this gin julep, I used:
