CRANBERRY CHEESECAKE SHAKE

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 Sara Lee Smooth & Creamy Classic Original Cheesecake
  2. 1/3 cup of Great Value Heavy Whipping Cream
  3. 2/3 cup of jellied cranberry sauce
  4. 12 ounces of fresh cranberries
  5. 2 cups of granulated sugar
  6. 1 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Remove the Sara Lee Cheesecake from it’s packaging while still frozen. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
  2. Place the cut cheesecake, Great Value heavy whipping cream, jellied cranberry sauce, and a small handful of fresh cranberries into a blender. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Pour into serving glasses, add sugared cranberries as garnish, and enjoy!
  4. (OPTIONAL) SUGARED CRANBERRIES: Create simple syrup in a large saucepan. Do this by combining 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in the pan. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. While the simple syrup is still hot, add the 12 ounces of cranberries to the pan. Mix thoroughly so that all the cranberries are coated with the syrup and set aside to cool. Once cool, transfer the contents of the pan to a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the cranberries by straining out the syrup. Place the cranberries on a baking rack or cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle with sugar. Repeat as many times as necessary to achieve desired coverage. Let dry and enjoy!
